Detailed Product Description

The series scrap baler can directly press cold powder cast iron scraps, steel scraps,
copper scraps, aluminum scraps and iron sponge into column cakes of 2.5 to 6 kilograms. The density after plating can reach 5 to 6 metric tons per cubic meters,
available to be directly put into furnaces.

The cast iron can reach up to HT-250, with cost cut down. This series scrap balers
has 150 to 630MT and other 11 models for your options.

Manual scrap baler adopts welded frame structure (below 200MT models). The fully
automatic model (above 250MT) adopts four-column structure, with upper and lower
beams made of cast steel, which will never be deformed. Welded beams will distort,
be pulled off or fall apart.

Manual fast speed types include different speed levels and sub-cylinder hydraulic
valve oil refilling. The fully automatic model is controlled by a PLC system, with
adjustable text displayer. This machine can be stopped automatically when the
oil temperature surpasses the set range, and the water colder can reduce the
temperature.
